Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation by the Customer shall be subject to a cancellation fee based on the number of days prior to the Tour Commencement Date.

If the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the tour, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations made between 61 and 89 days prior to the tour, a fee of 25% of the Tour Fee will apply. If the cancellation occurs between 42 and 60 days prior, the fee will be 50% of the Tour Fee. Cancellations made between 28 and 41 days prior will incur a fee of 70% of the Tour Fee. Any cancellation made less than 27 days before the Tour Commencement Date will be subject to a fee of 100% of the Tour Fee.
